Learn More About Our Luxurious Resorts

Resort provides transportation to and from the closest airport. Any flight information sent less than 5 days prior to arrival will not receive a transfer.

Upon arrival at the resort the VIP service department will assist you with your restaurant reservations.

We do our best to answer each email in a timely manner. Most emails are answered, when possible, within 24 hours. Our goal is to provide you with information as soon as possible.

Office hours and phone calls are available 9 am – 5 pm 7 days/week.

The slowest months at the resort are September, October, and the first two weeks of December, this is a lovely time to travel if you like a slower pace and fewer people!

All-Inclusive runs from 3 pm – 3 pm.

WI-FI is available free of charge in ALL VIP areas, should you need WI-FI in your accommodation this is available for purchase in resort.

Pets of any kind are not allowed. If you should see animals around the property, please do not touch or feed them.

Yes – Los Mangos is located near the Home Resort. It’s a nine-hole par, we offer round-trip transportation. You are required to cover the cost of Golf Clubs, Golf Cart, Balls, and Caddy.

 

You may cancel your reservation 40 days prior to arrival and receive a full-service fee accreditation. 

No, you can book anything from 1 night to as many nights as you want.

The busiest time periods at the resort are Christmas and New Years, Presidents week, Easter, July 4 and Thanksgiving. We always recommend that should you wish to vacation during these busy times, book no less than 6 months in advance.

We usually have the most rainfall from October until mid- March, but there is also plenty of sun during this time and it is always nice and hot in the Dominican Republic. The hottest months of the year are July, August, and September.

No, golf carts are a benefit included some reservations.

There are 2 gift shops – located in Cofresi Palm reception and Tropical reception.

It’s mandatory fee payable by all guests.

It is a credit that can be used towards the service fee for future reservations (valid for 2 years after date of issuance).

There is a maximum group size in many of our a la carte restaurants to ensure everyone gets to dine in them, some are already limited in space due to size. We implement maximum group sizes to ensure other dining experiences are not negatively affected if you have a large group we can always arrange seating in the buffet and you can always arrange a private dinner for your group ($ payable locally)
